If there are ADA requirements, they can be accommodated with electrical kits, kick plates, and special thresholds. Finally, your steel access doors can also be made with special foam cores that offer insulation values or fire ratings to fit your needs!
Of course, if you are considering insulation for your doors and windows, then you will likely be interested in doing the same with the rest of your building.
